Guideline For Parent's
Parents/Guardians are expected to cooperate with the school authorities by endorsing regularity and discipline, ensuring their wards prepare their lessons, and taking an active interest in school activities.
Parents/Guardians are particularly expected to sign messages, progress reports, or any similar documents when requested. Failure to do so may cause inconvenience to their children and may lead to them being sent home.
Parents/Guardians are informed that occasional reports from teachers are sent through the handbook. They are also requested to notify the school of any change in their address as soon as possible.
When communicating with the principal, parents/guardians are requested to mention their children's class in the letter. Parents/Guardians or others are not allowed to see children or interview teachers during school hours without the principal's permission.
Parents/Guardians are not allowed to write anything in the progress report. Parents must come to the school and sign the report cards.
Parents/Guardians are requested not to approach any staff members for private tuitions. Teachers are not expected to take private tuitions.
Parents/Guardians must produce their child's identity card at the school office to take the child out of the school campus during school hours.
Parents/Guardians are requested to meet their wards' teachers on Parent-Teacher Meeting (P.T.M.) days.
Parents are expected to ensure that their children participate actively in all school activities.
