. Parents/Guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by endorsing regularity and discipline; by seeing that their wards prepare their lessons and by taking an active and helpful interest in the activities of the school.
. Parents/Guardians are particularly expected to sign message, the progress report or any similar document when requested. Failure to do this may put their children to great inconvenience and render them liable to be sent home.
. Parents/Guardians are informed that occasional reports from the teachers are conveniently sent through the Hand book. Parents/Guardians are specially requested to notify the school of any change in their address at the earliest.
. When communicating with the principal, parents/guardians are requested to mention in their letter the class of their children. Parents/Guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the children or interview their teachers during school hours without the permission of the principal.
. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to write anything in the progress report. Parents are required to come to the school and sign the Report cards.
. Parents/Guardians are requested not to approach any of the staff members of this institution for private tuitions. Our teachers are not expected to take private tuitions.
. Parents/Guardians are requested to produce the identity card of their ward at the school office in order to take the child out of the school campus during the school hours.
. Parents/Guardians are requested to meet the teachers of their wards on P .T.M. days.
. Parents ought to see that their children take active part in all the activities of the school.
